La Tavola Marche Cooking School:
Our cooking classes (featured in Budget Travel Magazine and Food & Wine Magazine) are hands-on & from the ‘farm to the table’ with the first stop down to the garden farm to collect fresh fruits & veggies! Everything we eat is local & seasonal! Chef Jason shares the secrets of cucina povera (peasant cooking) in full day & half day classes as well as custom packages.
Some class ideas to whet your appetite:
• The classic pasta by hand (tagliatelle, ravioli, cappelletti & lasagna)
• Pizza from scratch using in the outdoor wood burning oven (always a hit!)
Fresh Sausage from scratch

• “Full Menu” in our full day class – learn 2 -3 antipasti, a primo, secondo & dolce! As we make each course we will dine on what you have just created!
