Now that the London Olympics have started you may want to take time and tune into the BBC’s Olympic TV Channels.
Normally accessed via the ‘Red Button’ in the U.K., these channels are currently available in Italy with a little fine tuning. Firstly, you need to know how to find the Transponder Frequency (TP), so head over to LyngSat.This website is one of the most useful for satellite information and is regularly updated. Scroll down the page and you’ll find quite a few of the 24 BBC Olympic Channels listed. Secondly, using the remote control from your satellite receiver, find “Manual TP Search” and enter the new TP values you found at LyngSat. Your receiver should scan and find the new channels, press save and you’ll be in gold medal position for the next few weeks.
