The opportunity to study in Italy just became a little easier.
Last week Italy’s Education Ministry introduced the first bilingual website listing all university courses available in the country, in an attempt to open up Italian universities to international as well as local students.
UniversItaly will enable students to browse, in English and Italian, the classes offered by Italian academies, colleges, conservatories and technical schools. students will also be able to compare, potential scholarship, services and tuition fees.
Apparently the drop out rate in the first year in Italy is about 23 percent and it is hoped that this new website will help students choose their degrees perhaps more wisely and in a more targeted way.

This website is a great way to learn Italian and about Italy and its people. It is such a wonderful language and culture. I have started to learn Spanish, but Italian is next on my list.
